At Stewarts Radiator, we have the ability to repair, rebuild, and fabricate radiators for all kinds of off-highway trucks and construction equipment, such as tractors, articulated trucks, cranes, asphalt pavers, compactors, dozers, backhoes, loaders, excavators, skid steers, forklifts, and bobcats, of all makes and models, including but not limited to Caterpillar, John Deere, Bobcat, Terex, Komodo, Hitachi, Liebherr, Kubota, and Komatsu. When this type of equipment starts to overheat or leak fluid, it is time to have the radiator inspected for leaks, corrosion, or damage. To determine what type of repair you need, one of our technician will check the condition of your radiator and provide an upfront quote for service.
For cracked or punctured radiators, we can perform mig and tig weld repairs on site. If your radiator is clogged, we can perform a thorough cleaning and overhaul of your radiator. Our radiator overhaul includes taking apart the radiator, rodding out each of the tubes, flushing the tanks and core, rebuilding all components with new gaskets and bolts, and then pressure testing the unit. If the radiator's tanks or core are too damaged to be serviceable, we can have a new core assembly or tank manufactured. We've performed thousands of radiator rebuilds and recores, and always apply the industry's best practices and techniques to extend the life of your radiator. Radiator recores are backed by a one-year warranty. We also sell all makes and models of OEM and OEE radiators.
With our ability to custom fabricate heavy-duty radiators for diesel-powered tractors and other off-highway trucks, we're able to save our commercial clients thousands of dollars following a diesel repower conversion. After you've retrofit your diesel-powered truck or tractor with a new engine to meet California Air Resource Board (CARB) emission standards, bring it to us. We'll fabricate a new cooling package to support your upgraded engine. Our custom-fabricated radiators are not only built to last, but also feature more of the original parts so fewer modifications are required.
